Senator Fenberg, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-232 which concerns the continuation under the sunset law of the bingo-raffle advisory board. Senator Fenberg distributed a copy of amendment L.001 (Attachment B), and explained the amendment. He then distributed amendment L.006 (Attachment C), amendment L.007 (Attachment D), and L.008 (Attachment E) and explained the amendments. Senator Fenberg answered questions from the committee.
