The committee took up Senate Bill 19-025, by Senator Smallwood.  The bill requires information on safe haven laws be incorporated into comprehensive human sexuality education curriculum. The committee previously heard testimony on the bill on January 16, 2019, and adopted amendment L.003 (Attachment I).
