Senator Lundberg, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-059. This bill exempts a person from using their turn signal when entering, navigating, or exiting a roundabout, unless otherwise posted. Failing to use a turn signal in a roundabout is currently a Class A traffic infraction punishable by a fine of $70 and a surcharge of $10. He responded to questions from the committee.
