President Grantham and Senator Baumgardner, co-sponsors, presented House Bill 17-1242. This reengrossed bill refers a ballot question to voters at the November 2017 election. All other portions of the bill are conditional upon voter approval of the ballot question. If such approval occurs, the bill will make a number of changes to state transportation funding.
