David Oppenheim, representing the Governor's Office, introduced Shoshana Lew and provided information about her background (Attachment A).

Ms. Lew, representing the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), spoke about her reasons for wanting to serve as the executive director of CDOT. She discussed her experience in various transportation-related roles in Rhode Island and at the federal level. She responded to questions from the committee.
