Final Report of the State Capitol Building Advisory Committee (2016)
To Members of the Seventieth General Assembly:
Submitted herewith is the final report of the State Capitol Building Advisory Committee (advisory committee). The advisory committee was created pursuant to Section 24-82-108, C.R.S., and serves in an advisory capacity to the Capital Development Committee and the Governor on certain issues regarding the State Capitol building and its grounds. The final report provides a complete summary of the activities of the advisory committee during 2015 (and part of 2014) and serves as a permanent record of the actions taken to preserve and protect the State Capitol building, its grounds, arts, memorials, and historic features. The report also serves as an informal document for any other entity or individual interested in the preservation of the State Capitol building.
